Roma Pass

Price per unit: € 38.50

Launched by the Municipal Authorities of Rome and the Ministry of Cultural Heritage,in conjunction with ATAC, Roma Pass is the capital’s first cultural tourist card offering discounts and services to encourage visits to the city museums: it will allow tourists and other visitors to enjoy the sights of Rome.

The pass costs € 38.50 only and entitles holders to:free admission to the first two museums and/or archaeological sites visited, full access to the public transport system, reduced tickets and discounts for any other following museums and sites visited, as well as exhibitions, music events, theatrical and dance performances and all other tourist services.

Roma Pass comes with a Kit that includes:

  • Roma Pass Transport: your public transport ticket;
  • Roma MAP: a map of the city illustrating the location of Tourist Information Points, Underground stations, museums/sites of interest (addresses, phone numbers, buses and underground stations, timetables);
  • Roma Pass Guide: the complete list of museums/sites of interest that have joined the initiative;
  • Roma News: the programme of events and tourist services that are eligible for discounts divided by area of interest: art, music, theatre, dance, entertainment and sightseeing tours.

Roma Pass

  • The overleaf form must be filled in with name,surname and validation date;
  • It is validated when the first site/museum is visited;
  • Direct access for the first 2 sites. From the 3rd site onwards please apply to the ticket office for discount;
  • It must be produced along with your identity papers when required by the staff in charge;
  • It will be valid for 3 days from the first entrance

Roma Pass Transport

Free admission to ATAC urban buses and trans, Underground lines A and B, Met.Ro trains: Roma – Lido, Roma – Viterbo (in the Roma – Sacrofano section), Roma – Pantano railways lines.

How to use it:

  • It comes only with Roma Pass;
  • It is validated on the first trip by filling out the overleaf form with your name, surname and validation date;
  • It must be produced on public transport along with Roma Pass and your identity papers when required by the staff in charge;
  • It expires at midnight of the third day, from the first day of validation inclusive.

  • Discount ticket for exhibitions and events that are part of the network.

How to use it:

  • It is validated when the first site/museum is visited;

Romapiù Pass Transport

Free admissionto ATAC urban buses and trans, Underground lines A and B, Met.Ro trains, extra-urban coaches Cotral and regional railways Trenitalia – 2nd class (except servizio metropolitano FR1 FCO aeroport to Rome, special connections Leonardo Express and and local urban services though carried out by Cotral).

How to use it:

  • It comes only with Romapiù Pass;
  • it’s valid in three zones, for an unlimited number of trips;
  • It is validated on the first trip by filling out the overleaf form with your name, surname, validation date and code of validity zone (zona A to zone B);
  • It must be produced on public transport along with Romapiù Pass and your identity papers when required by the staff in charge;
  • It expires at midnight of the third day, from the first day of validation inclusive.

The Kit includes:

  • Romapiù Pass Guide: the complete list of museums/sites of interest that have joined the initiative;
